If I cancel my registration anytime after submitting the registration form a 10 % transaction and admin fee will be charged. If I cancel my registration 1 week before the course date a 50% transaction and admin fee will be charged. If I cancel my registration on the day or I fail to attend a 100% transaction and admin fee will be charged. *

GCX reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled course upon five business days notice to confirmed registrants. Registrants may then enroll in the next available offering of the course, or cancel the registration. In the event of cancellation by GCX, any payment made for the cancelled class will be refunded. The client understands and agrees that GCX shall not, in any way, be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages, which the client may suffer in the event that GCX cancels or reschedules a class.
